Separator:

- Check the filter hoses

- Check rubber hoses

- Check sight glasses

- Check valves

- Check throttle valve and elastic ring

- Check booster and optical sensors

- Check water and air leaks

- Check air pressure

- Calibrate dosing of VITROCOOL and VITROBAC

- Check the dosing pump VITROCOOL and VITROBAC

- Check the entire water and waste cycle

- Check expiry date of VITROBAC and VITROCOOL

- Check stock of consumables and spare parts

- Take photos of the separator and screens.

Main tank:

- Check water colour

- Clean the pump filters

- Clean check valves

- Check performance of pumps

- Check performance of mixers

- Check water level indicators

- Check manifold pressure

- Check VITROCOOL dosing while the tank is being filled

- Check VITROCOOL level

- Check VITROBAC dosage after an ejection

- Check for metal mesh rentition particles

- Take photographs
